POLICY
Earthen Experiences LLP is committed to promoting sustainable tourism that creates enriching experiences for our guests while safeguarding the environment, respecting local cultures, and supporting community development.
Our sustainability policy is fully supported by top management and applies across all operations, suppliers, and employees. It is designed to reduce negative social, cultural, economic, and environmental impacts of tourism and to contribute positively to destinations.

01 | Environmental Responsibility• Reduce resource consumption (energy, water, paper, disposables) across our offices and operations. • Promote carbon reduction by encouraging sustainable transport options and offsetting unavoidable emissions. • Work with suppliers who minimise environmental impact and prefer those with sustainability certifications (e.g. Travelife, GSTC, ISO 14001, FSC, Fairtrade). |
02 | Community Development & Cultural Respect• Support local communities by integrating community-based tourism, fair trade crafts, and local food into itineraries. • Ensure that tourism does not harm cultural heritage and that local traditions are respected and promoted authentically. • Contribute financially and through staff volunteering to education, health, sanitation, and nature conservation projects. |
03 | Employee Well-Being & Health & Safety• Provide a safe and healthy working environment for all staff. • Ensure fair wages, contracts, training, and equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, or background. • Provide training in sustainability, human rights, and health & safety, including crisis management procedures. |
04 | Customer Responsibility• Communicate transparently with clients regarding sustainability aspects of their journeys. • Provide accurate product information, including sustainable transport and accommodation options. • Encourage guests to follow destination-specific sustainability guidelines (e.g. cultural respect, resource use, illegal souvenirs). |
05 | Continuous Improvement• Monitor and evaluate sustainability performance through Travelife reporting. • Engage employees, partners, and suppliers in achieving sustainability targets. • Publicly report on progress every two years. |
